Overview
The proposed site on the Barclay Close Estate is currently an underused area of land and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development. As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
Our proposals will deliver:
3 new four-bedroom homes, 2 of which will be affordable (1 for social rent, 1 for shared ownership, 1 for private sale)
Well-designed townhouses in keeping with the character of the local area. At three storeys high they will be lower than the surrounding estate buildings
A new shared green space between the new development and 1–20 Barclay Close.
Current position
Thank you to everyone who was able to take part in the third stage of public consultation where we were able to show the detailed designs for this development.

Early 2025: Target date to submit a planning application.
Mid 2025: Planning Committee (target date).
Early 2026: Construction starts (target date, subject to planning approval).
