Overview

The Becklow Gardens Estate (W12) is situated between Uxbridge Road and Askew Road. The site on the Becklow Gardens estate was previously occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.

Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.

As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.

New homes

At least 50% of the new homes will be affordable (including social rented and shared ownership homes) and the buildings will be designed to the latest sustainability standards.

Current position

Thank you to everyone who joined our public exhibition on Saturday 13 July or gave us feedback online or in-person. Our online survey for Stage 1 has now closed.

You can read the information from the exhibition by clicking here or watch a presentation of the information here:

Next steps
