Overview
The Becklow Gardens Estate (W12) is situated between Uxbridge Road and Askew Road. The proposed development site on the Becklow Gardens estate was previously occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development. As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
