Can you help local community groups deliver climate action?
Hammersmith & Fulham is encouraging and supporting the local community to join forces in our fight against climate change.
Climate Action Microgrant
H&F Council has launched a new Climate Action Microgrant to encourage ‘climate friendly’ behaviour changes.
These may include projects that:
engage and teach the wider community about the environment
reduce pollution from how we travel and move around
provide jobs/skills in repair, upcycling, energy saving and related areas
make space for nature
help people and nature adapt to climate change
reduce how much new stuff we need to buy and use
encourage people to eat more plant-based diets.
Local individuals and community groups operating and delivering within H&F are able to apply for grant funding of up to £500.
Can your organisation help increase the size of funding available for Climate Action Microgrants? Please email climate-emergency@lbhf.gov.uk for more information.
