We know that handling day-to-day bills and money has become hard to juggle.
Hammersmith & Fulham Council is working to support residents with the cost of living.
As part of our work, we want to know how the cost of living has affected you and learn about the problems you may have with money and finances – and find out what support and services could help make the biggest difference to you. That is why we are asking you to fill in this survey. It will also help inform the council’s new Financial Inclusion Strategy.
Please tell us about your thoughts and experiences of accessing financial support and advice.It should not take too long to complete, and the details you provide will help us know the things that matter most to you – and the help you need. Any personal information will not be used to identify you in relation to your answers, or for any other purpose.
The deadline for completing the survey is Monday 15 December at 5pm.
Prize draw
All participants who chose to provide their email address will be automatically entered into a prize draw with four lucky winners, selected at random, to receive a £50 Love2Shop gift card once the consultation has closed. All personal details will be kept confidential. Further information about how we look after your details is available in our privacy policy.

The consultation is being conducted by H&F, and responses will be shared with the Financial Inclusion Centre who will independently analyse the results.
ALL your answers will be treated as completely confidential.
Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.
