We are committed to delivering on the vision to support residents to become more active. This is one of our business plan pledges.

We are currently developing the new sport and physical activity strategy and we want to hear your views on community sport in Hammersmith & Fulham and make sure this is communicated in the new strategy's proposed themes.

The council in collaboration with the H&F Community Sport & Physical Activity Network* group have agreed on 5 priority themes that the strategy will focus on. Please review these priority themes listed below and provide your feedback.

  1. Promoting accessible physical activity for those less active in the community.
  2. Opportunities for every child to have a positive experience of sport and physical activity.
  3. Maintaining provision for those already active to remain so.
  4. Supporting communities to deliver more grassroots physical activity.
  5. Improve our environment to encourage an increase in physical activity.

What do you think needs doing to improve access to sport and physical activity in the borough? Are the proposed themes above focussing on the right priorities? Please take part in our survey and give us your feedback.
