We want to make Hammersmith & Fulham an autism friendly borough. That means being a council that supports and enables our autistic residents to live the lives that they want to lead.
This year we are working with autistic residents and the people who support them to create a strategy and a plan to help us bring about this ambition.
We are very keen to hear about your experience of autism as a resident.
This survey is designed to help us understand what is important to our autistic residents and what we need to do to make life less challenging and more supportive for our autistic and neurodiverse community.
We want to hear from people with autism about their daily experience as an autistic person and from people who care for someone with autism.
We also ask some questions about you. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete.
We are always keen to hear from autistic residents, their carers and their supporters.
If you would like further information on the development of H&F’s autism strategy, or if you would like to be involved in developing the strategy with us, please email Ian Sutton, Strategic Autism Lead, at ian.sutton@lbhf.gov.uk
If you would prefer this information and the questionnaires in another format, for example, Easy Read please let us know.
