The Local Plan identifies four regeneration areas in the borough, namely White City, Hammersmith Town Centre, Fulham, and South Fulham Riverside. The areas offer tremendous opportunities for growth, in terms of new mixed tenure private and social housing and jobs, as well as provision of supporting infrastructure.
The Local Plan also includes a number of site allocation policies. The policies set out the council’s proposed approach to the development of the allocated sites to ensure that they deliver the objectives of this Local Plan and meet the needs of the local community. Each site allocation policy responds to local and site-specific issues and opportunities.
