Local Plan Consultation - Regulation 18

Thank you for your comments on the Local Plan (Regulation 18) consultation. We can confirm that the consultation is now closed, and no further submissions will be accepted.

We will assess all the representations made and will respond to individual comments in the new year.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council consulted on a draft Local plan between 29th October and 10th December 2025. The draft Local Plan contains our vision and proposed policies for guiding and promoting development in the borough.

The plan includes four key regeneration areas, important sites for development and proposed policies on topics such as housing, the local economy and climate resilience.
