Introduction
As a former school site, it is currently underutilised and provides an opportunity to provide high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands (LDS) have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New Homes
Our proposals will deliver:
107 new homes across five buildings
Half of the homes will be affordable
A mix of flats, duplexes and terraced homes to suit different lifestyles
New and improved public and green spaces, where people can meet, relax, and socialise
Enhanced walking routes and more play and recreation areas for all ages to use
Future-proof sustainable design
Current Position
