Thank you to all who took part in the 2024 Parks Satisfaction Survey
The council received 495 responses to the survey which was held online between 29 July and 15 September.
A summary report can be found below but here are a few headline figures:
86% of respondents scored the overall quality as satisfactory or above (an increase on 2023's score of 69%
83% of respondents scored overall maintenance as satisfactory or higher (an increase on 2023's score of 61%)
80% of respondents scored cleanliness as satisfactory or higher (an increase on 2023's score of 67%)
