Overview
Pearscroft Road Estate (SW6) is situated to the west of Wandsworth Bridge Road. The site on the Pearscroft Road Estate is currently occupied by vacant garages, and sheds and a parking area which provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
