Hammersmith & Fulham Council is consulting on its draft pharmaceutical needs assessment (PNA). The consultation will run until until 31 August 2022.

Every Health and Wellbeing Board has a statutory responsibility to update their PNA by 1 October 2022.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council has assessed the needs of pharmaceutical services for the local population in 2022 and in the next three years.

The PNA is used to help the NHS and local authority decide on applications for new pharmacies, and applications for changes at existing pharmacies.

The draft report has been produced by looking at the health needs of the population, the current pharmacy network and its services, and a survey of public views on current services. It has drawn on research material and has been advised by a stakeholder group that looked at different aspects of pharmacy services.

The regulations require the Health and Wellbeing Board to share their draft PNA for consultation for a minimum 60-day period. We invite you to take this opportunity to review the PNA document and give us your views on its research and the conclusions and recommendations drawn from it.

You can provide your views by completing the PNA survey.

You can also provide feedback by emailing pna@healthydialogues.co.uk

All information provided will be treated in strict confidence and will not be used to identify you personally. The information you give us will only be used for the purpose of this consultation and will not be passed to anyone else.

Please give us your views reviewing the attached PNA and filling in our survey by 31 August 2022.
