Survey for parents and carers of children and young people with a special educational need or disability

In Hammersmith and Fulham we aim to do the best for our residents. Listening to and learning from the experiences of children, young people and their parents and carers is important to us.

This survey is about children and young people in H&F who have:

• an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan, or
• receive special educational needs support in their education setting without an EHC plan

We will use the feedback from this survey to improve how we work with children, young people and parents and carers.

We will share the outcome of the survey and our response on the SEND Local Offer in March 2025.
