We want to hear about your experiences, preferences, and needs concerning your sexual and reproductive health and well-being.
Your responses will play a crucial role in shaping how sexual and reproductive health services are run in Hammersmith & Fulham.
By services, we mean places where you can get contraception, test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV, get guidance on your sexual and reproductive health including prevention and treatment of STIs, support with a diagnosis, emergency contraception, termination of pregnancy and planning for pregnancy.
These services are normally provided by the NHS, but can also be by charities and pharmacies. Types of services include:
GPs
Sexual Health Clinics aka GUM Clinics
Sexual Health London (SHL) Online service
Pharmacies
The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. The consultation will close on 24 October 2025.
On completion, participants will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a£60 online voucher, redeemable at multiple online retailers.
All the information you provide will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used for the purposes of this consultation. Further information is available in our privacy policy.
