Overview

The Grange (W12) is located north of Goldhawk Road. The site adjacent to The Grange residential block is currently occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.

Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.

As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.

New homes

At least 50% of the new homes will be affordable (including social rented and shared ownership homes) and the buildings will be designed to the latest sustainability standards.

Current position

Thank you to everyone who was able to join either of the recent drop-in events where we showed the initial designs for the development.

Winter 2024: Third round of consultation: detailed designs and how feedback has helped to shape them

Early 2025: Target date to submit a planning application

Mid 2025: Planning Committee (target date)

Early 2026: Construction starts (target date, subject to planning approval)
