Overview
The proposed development site site adjacent to The Grange residential block is currently occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development. As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
The Residents’ Steering Group and wider community have co-produced the designs for the new homes and green space.
Eight new three and four-bedroom homes, half of which will be affordable
Two homes will be available for social rent, two for shared ownership, and four homes will be sold privately

New and more secure pram sheds, for existing residents of The Grange
A new pedestrian and vehicle gate to help ensure the space at the rear of The Grange is safe and secure
