Thank you to all who took the time to respond. A summary report has now been uploaded to this page.
The next steps are to:
Commission a land survey to ensure that expanding the play area into the lawn area is viable.
Create a project specification based on the feedback and positive land survey results and go out to tender. If the land is unsuitable then a revised project specification within the existing playground footprint will be developed.
We will report the registered issues of ASB and maintenance concerns to the Law Enforcement Team (LET) and Grounds Maintenance contractor.
We will update further once the tender exercise has been completed.
