We are currently updating our digital strategy and would like you to share your views on what you think it should cover. It is important to us that the digital strategy reflects your views and aspirations for the council.
Hammersmith & Fulham Council wants to make everyday life easier for residents by using digital tools in smarter ways. We want to deliver a digital strategy that drives improvements in how services are delivered so that they’re quicker, easier to access, more personal, and available when you need them. This includes using new technology to make things run more smoothly and making sure no one is left out.
At the heart of this work is a clear focus: making sure everything we do with digital is shaped around your needs. We want to understand how easy it is for you to access our services online, what works well, what challenges you face, and what additional support you might need.
We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone, including those who may need support to get online, and your input will help us shape our future digital services for residents.
Please take a few minutes to complete our consultation and help us improve your experience.
Participants will get the chance to win one of four prize draws of Amazon vouchers worth £50.
We’d also like to invite you to our in-person consultation event in the community in September. Details will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.
Places will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The consultation is open for 5 weeks and will close at 5pm on Monday 29 September 2025.
