Consultation has concluded
Why we are consulting
The proposed fees and charges listed in the attached document are being introduced to ensure that the council’s income from street trading is sufficient to cover the reasonable administrative and other costs in connection with our functions under Section 32 of the Act.
The London Local Authorities Acts 1990 Section 32 sub section (7) (a) gives the opportunity to make representations to the Council regarding these proposals.
The Hammersmith & Fulham Council is proposing to increase its fees and charges by approximately 10% across all sites and services from the 1 April 2023 and we would like to hear your views to inform our decision.
Please note this consultation is only open to existing street trading licence holders (as defined in the afore mentioned legislation). Any responses to the online survey will be considered to be a formal representation.
This consultation closed on 1st March 2023 at 5pm.
All data will be held in the strictest confidence and will only be used to help the council to better manage the Street & Market Trading portfolio. We will not keep personal data for longer than is required.
